Desiree at the front desk was phenomenal at everything she did: 5 star customer service, exceptional listening, communication and follow through of her own initiative. Ben at check out was also very friendly and accommodating. The services provided were also great, quiet, clean, spacious, safe. Nice server in the morning as well, tried very hard to please. Only one negative, see below

It has an excellent location, quiet and clean, as shown in the reservation publications. I would stay in the place again.

I did not eat breakfast because the dinner at the hotel was expensive the night before but I did enjoy the meal. Location is ok I had to book a Lyft ride 3 times and pay extra to get a ride so I choose to pay more and get an express ride bc the 3 previous regular pay attempts failed.

I really liked that there is a small bar and grill there so that we didn’t have to travel more to go get food!

I enjoyed the kindness of the staff, everyone was so nice. The room was large and the bed was really comfortable.
